Day of coordination service includes: A wedding coordinator that assist with planning, rehearsal, and the day of the wedding. - 5 planning appointments before the wedding date to finalize the details - 1 scheduled venue walk-through - 6 hours wedding planning - Vendor management - Diagram assistance (ceremony cocktail hour, and reception) - 1 hour rehearsal - 10 hour wedding day service - Coordination of grand entrance, first dance, toast, and exit - Supervision of venue (decor, floral, care table and catering staff) - Wedding decor placement/setup (wedding programs, welcome table, guest book, cake topper, cutting set, etc) - Assistance with bridal flowers and pinning - Take care of last minute details
